Privacy Policy

Account data

Cueark DJ may use Google Sign-In to identify your account. We request basic sign-in information such as your email address and account identifier.

Music library data

The app stores track metadata and analysis results such as title, artist, genre, BPM, musical key, Camelot value, energy, loudness and preparation notes.

Audio files

Normal track analysis is designed to run locally on your Mac. Full audio files are not uploaded as part of the standard library analysis workflow.

Optional AI features

If you choose to use AI-assisted suggestions, selected metadata or written context may be sent to the relevant AI provider to generate that response.

Service providers

Cueark DJ may use Google, Apple, Firebase and OpenAI services for sign-in, purchases, synchronization, diagnostics or optional AI features.

Retention

Local library data remains on your device unless you delete it or choose a feature that synchronizes it. Account and entitlement records are kept only as needed to operate the service.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting gercekdorman@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as Cueark DJ develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
